Blank App is an application with a blank icon. The idea is to use it as a place holder on an empty Springboard page so that you can show off your wallpaer :)

The image below illustrates how Blank App makes the middle "empty" screen possible.

When you install this App, try tapping next to the last application on your springboard with an available spot next to it. When you see the Blank splash screen youv'e found it. Now tap and hold that area and move it to a blank page!
